Metal click sound in Armrest

I was trying to find the source of a clicking sound (over bumps) over the last month. I thought it was the seatbelt post or passenger seat issue I have seen posted here. I found out today by moving the arm rest side to side (and having my arm resting on it while going over bumps), there is a faint sounding clicking noise. Can some one post a diagram of how I can take the top part of the lid apart?

Thanks

Follow up: I took all but one part of the armrest apart and applied some foam tape to as many parts as I could. Still makes noise!

There is one part of the armrest I could get apart (and sounds like the cause is there) it is the part where there is a metal frame around plastic( inside I can see metal clips which make the armrest slide) I cannot figure out how to get the metal frame off so I can get the the area with the clips.

Any suggestions?
