metal click sound

My 06 TL with 5sp auto makes a metal click sound every first time the speed reaches near 20MPH after start. The sound seems from underneath the engin. It is not related to auto door lock.
Any explaination? Thanks.

A seatbelt type click or if a metal pipe hits another metal pipe?

Probably ABS activation. check the 3g tl garage.
