Over the past week I've gone WOT twice, both times resulting in the check engine light to flash for about 30 sec and then turn off. The car doesn't go into limp mode after doing so. The past time I had this issue, the TPS sensor went bad and I replaced it with a factory part about 4 months ago. What other problems would cause this issue? I haven't taken it in to get scanned yet. I'm not sure if it will read since the code doesn't stay on. Any help is appreciated.

^I agree, random misfire. It could still store the codes, even if the light doesn't stay on. My '04 had to have the ECU reflash (TSB -for '04's), problem solved.

I wanted to update this thread incase someone does a search. I was still getting the code to flash off and on over the past few months. I finally replaced the spark plugs last week. I raced my car at the track last night and the light came on and stayed on for good after my 4th run. I drove down the Advance Auto this morning to check the code, and it came back with 3 DTC's. P0300, P0301, and P0305 (Misfire in cylinders 1 & 5 and a multiple misfire). There is a TSB for the 04's that will come back with these 3 codes (Thanks Slpr04UA6). I drove down to Acura and they reflashed my ECU for free.

Hope this helps anyone in the future that runs into this same problem.
