Maintenance: Lube locations?

I'm curious what the lube points/locations are and what lube to use for routine maintenance? Car has about 30k and figure i'll add some new grease to the joints and hinges.

Spray silicone lube on all the rubber bushings in the control arms- suspension mounts
check the cv boots for tears and spray them and any rubber boots too- it will help protect them from drying out.
The hood latches/hinges- the door hinges and latches, trunk same thing, door locks, the rubber seal/trim on the doors
Probably time to start changing the brake fluid every year too- thats preventative and improved braking in one job!
