Loose rear view mirror, shakes while driving

So over the last few months, I've noticed that my rear view mirror has loosened and now the whole mirror shakes/vibrates while I'm driving. The mirror itself seems firmly attached to the arm, but the arm itself wobbles. The distance it can actually move is very slight, obviously enough to make a difference, but it is getting worse as time goes by. I don't see any screw holes, which would allow me to just tighten the thing myself. Has anybody else had this problem?

Use the search function. There is a TSB for this. A spring clip needs to be re-bent or replaced. Use "rear view mirror" as the search term (use the quotes).
