Lights on cruise button

I noticed all of my buttons light up on my steering wheel (06) except for the cruise buttons, is this normal or are my bulbs out, if so, how do I replace the bulbs?

You have a bulb that is burnt out. The only way to install a new bulb is to remove the air bag. I think theres a DIY for it...
