Is it a Lemon?

Is it a Lemon?
Hi guys I just purchased WPD 06 TL about 3 months ago. I must say I love the car but I am getting so frustrated with the problems I have encountered. So far the heater stoped working. The car also makes a metallic noise on the driver’s side when I go over a pothole or bump. The noise is only noticeable when the window is down.
I took the car to the dealer for the first time to get the heater and the metallic noise corrected. The dealer had to order the parts to fix the heater. As for the metallic noise they stated after driving the car for 5 miles they noticed no metallic noise. They ordered the parts for the heater and said I should test drive the car with a tech when the parts for the heater arrive.
After the parts for the heater arrived, I took the car back to the dealership and met with the tech concerning the metallic rattling problem. He did not want to drive the car with me. He stated that the noise is normal. He said if the window was up and I heard the noise then it would be a problem. I told him it’s a new car and this should not happen. He agreed to test drive it to resolve the problem.
When I went to pickup the car the heater was fixed. I figured the metallic noise would be corrected so I drove the car home. When I got home I put the window down went over a slight bump and noticed the metallic noise was still there. On the invoice it now stated that there is a rattle when the car goes over a bump over at 40MPH. The invoices also states that they tightened the suspension to correct the problem in which it was never fixed. The car is now 3 months old with 1300 miles.
Please give me some advice on how to resolve this issue. Could this be a lemon? If so how do I go about resolving this problem?
Thanks

Let me get this straight...
you took the car to the dealership b/c heater won't work and a metallic noise.
you took the car in to get both looked at.
dealer ordered parts for the heater, but can't find the noise.
you left the car at the dealership to get the heater fix and noise looked at.
you got the car back and the heater was fixed, but the noise is still there.
and you think your car is a lemon!!??
Please find out what is defined as lemon...

If you really want suggestion on how one should proceed with this problem. I would recommend you go back to your dealership and talk to the service advisor. If you are not happy with their answer, call Acura customer service and go up the ladder.
Your issues are FAR, FAR from labeling your car a lemon.
