Knocking noise from front right of car
I this small issue since I got the car (3 months ago). It's really noticeable when I am on the throttle and the radio is off. I have done many test to prove myself wrong but when the car is just coasting the noise is not present.
Doesn't matter hot or cold when it happen. Cold start or warmed up. Although it is most recognizable when I'm on the freeway going +50mph.
I am thinking along the lines of axle or transmission since it doesn't matter what RPM I am in. What do you guys think? I am going to get the car service in a week or so for an oil change/rotation at the dealer.

as your travling that speed move the wheel right to left but stay in that lane. if it goes a way one way then gets louder the other way then its a wheel bearing.

Hey I'm getting this knocking noise as well. ACtually, it's a 'clicking' noise but it sounds like metal on metal contact. It definitely has something to do with the front right of my wheel. If I'm at full lock left (wheel turned all the way left) I can hear this clicking noise when I drive around in a circle, and it seems to be coming from the front right wheel and it sounds like something is loose WHen I stop the noise goes away. If I drive slow the clicks are slower, if I drive faster they are faster. So it's got something to do with the wheel. If i accelerate hard or brake hard in a straight line, I can hear the click.
I took the wheel off to inspect, but haven't found anything lose or any unusual wear but I'm no expert. I have coilovers and after market wheels, but they clear so I don't know what it could be.

I have the same problem(i think). When Im taking off from a stop and turning left... It goes click click click click... When I took my car to get the o ring for power steering fixed I asked them to look at the cv joints and they said they were fine.
