Angry KANSAS CITY acura dealer ship :-( dont go there

ok guys.. my pissed off story about the acura dealer ship in kansas city ks.. SUPIEROR ACURA. I bought a used 06 TL.. LOVE the car..

so i have a old 01 lexus IS300, the sales guy wanted to traded my factory wheels for his aftermarket wheels :-) he got the acura tech to swap them out, he PAID the dealership to swap the wheels. A week later the sales guys broke about 4 lugs off his lexus IS300, and they replaced them with no charge. On the other hand I broke 5 lugs and all they did was give me free lugs after I bitched him out??? customer service huh??

So I have my Acura TL 06, i put 19 inch AXIS HIRO used, off of my lexus.. no TPMS sensor in them.. I ordered a set of sensor and PAID the dealer to put the sensors in.. after 2 days of driving around i check my wheels and found GROOVES in the rims!!! WTF??? so i took the car back to the dealer ship and they gave me a loaner car and said that they are gonna have to have there wheel specialist to check them out? Well the specialist looked at the wheels and said that he cant repair them. The manager then calls me and tries to wheel and deal with me, since the wheels are old what can we do about this situation?? i told him to buy me 2 new wheels!! he said he would have to get back to me.. so he called me back and said there is a company in cali that can fix them.. so now i'm sitting here waiting for my wheels to come back.. what kind of service is this?? they mess up my wheels and now i have to wait.. What can i do guys?? contact there mother company?? Hendricks motors??

Sounds to me like they are trying to resolve the situation. It sucks that they messed up the wheels, but things like that happen. As long as they are trying to fix it, I don't think you have much to complain about.

seems to me they are willing to help, in a way. tell them to put some stockies on your ride for now and await the outcome from california ... just my $0.02

well my TL has navi and all of there loaner cars dont have navi??? so they put some factory wheels back on my car.. but the ones they put back on are all scratched up, no center cap, and no tmps sensor.. so damn car goes off every so often with the dummy warrning.. I guess i'm just disapointed, expected better service then what they offered.

I think it's a little premature to start complaining about bad service. I will wait and see how the fixed wheels look before passing judgment on how the dealership handled the situation.

Make sure you post pics once you get it back.

well i guess i'm still a bit ticked about my previous car, my lexus is300, the tech didnt torque down the lugs so they broke.. I sold the car to a friend of mine, but i do have to pay out of pocket for some one to replace the lugs on that car.

sorry to hear about the situation....thats why i ended up buying the car at jay wolfe because i didn't like the customer service at superior...but once u do get ur axis wheels back on ima have to check our ur ride.....
