Just changed transmission fluid now it says I need to change it again?

Exclamation Just changed transmission fluid now it says I need to change it again?
I recently bought a 2004 Acura TL. The pre purchase inspector suggested I get the transmission fluid changed so I did. The fluid was changed when the car had about 16,500 miles. I am now at 120,000 and a code came up on the dash today saying SERVICE NEEDED SOON A13. I know this means I need my oil changed but doesn’t it also mean I need my trans fluid changed as well? I’m curious since I just changed it about 4,000 miles ago.

It's a measured maintenance reminder only. The car doesn't know the state of the fluid.

Whats the procedure to reset the maintenance/service needed light? im about to do an oil and trans fluid change.

hold down the menu button for like 6 or 7 secs.
then it will ask you to confirm by pressing ok, or to exit by pressing any other button
