Issue: '04 Acura TL power steering Rack and Pinion
so i think my rack is making grinding noise when i steer left or right at low speed when in a parking lot or turning on very low speed... sounds like a cracking or popping noise. when i look down at the rack from the top by the upper shock mount on the driver side... i had a friend help turn the steering wheel left and right... and i can see the whole rack is slightly moving a little bit when the wheel turns... so my question is: should the whole rack move a little bit or should it be stiff and not move around at all? is there any other way to also determine if the rack and pinion is bad?
i have already replace -
* Both CV axles (Left and Right side)
* All front tie rods on both sides (Inner and Outer)
* Lower ball joint on the driver side...
and all this still didn't fix the cracking/ popping noise when turning on low speed (i have to say about 5-15 MPH)....
any help in advance would be great....

The rack shouldn't be moving, you'll probably have to tighten the mounting bolts for it.
