Isimple folks....

Do i really need to have the XM button to use isimple ... i had to replace my radio when i bought my TL i notice isimple installtions states need to XM compatiable and XM button.....

Yes our ISHD571, PXAMG, ISIM73 and ISIM71 all require that the radio has an XM button.

what about the mode button on the steering wheel, doesnt it go to the XM mode... i thought that can be alternative..

I could be wrong but I think it plays through the XM input on the headunit, the switch on the wheel just toggles between the inputs, you still need the input at the headunit
