Interior lightbulb went out,how to fix for cheap & not break anything in the process
Hey guys like the title says I have some interior lightbulbs that went out and would like to get them fixed because the red interior lighting is sexy as hell.
The first bulb is the passenger side climate control "Mode" button. The second bulb is the moonroof bulb although I am not 100% sure if that is suppose to light up.
I am still under warranty from Acura but wont fix it for free and you know how it is with them.. they get the job done but it wont be cheap.
So any suggestion guys? I know taking apart the interior trim pieces can be tricky and am definitely not trying to break anything in the process.
Thanks guys

There is a series of threads in the 3G Garage detailing removing the OEM bulbs and replacing with LEDs. It should help you out whether you use LEDs or the OEM bulbs.
I believe it is G-100.
All light bulbs are considered "wear items" and are not covered under warranty (possible exception is headlights).

I would definitely lose or break something if I was gonna try that. Dammit I really want bulbs to light up red again though. FML

First of all, that was a DIY detailing the install of the short shifter. While you will have to open up the console to get to the lights, it is not as involved as you might think.
Get yourself a copy of the Service Manual, which has complete instructions for disassembling all of the components you are concerned with. Bittorrent is your friend on this.
Your moonroof switch does indeed light up and is very easy to pop out and replace. As for your console, take a look at this video DIY on how to remove the console pieces to get what you want:
