Inner fender

Inner fender
So i was going down the road the other day and my inner fender decided to fall down and got melted so now i have no inner fender in the front til the new one comes in....do you think it would be a problem if i was to drive my car without it in the rain?

Probably OK for a short time, but I'd want to get it fixed. Looks like it's a $30 part. Item(s) # 5 & 9 here:

It's been about 7 or 8 months, still haven't replaced them lol
