I need a little help

I need a little help with my recently purchased 2008 TL Type S. The driver’s seat back panel is not affixed to the seat frame. The hooks that snap in place are broken.
I tried to glue the pieces together but the panel is polypropylene which is almost impossible to glue. Looking at where the snaps are it doesn’t look like they line up with the bar inside. A new back panel is $207 on line and I would rather not spend that much on a replacement, any suggestions?

Under Warranty.

There is a TSB. Take it to the dealer.

If that direct link doesn't work, follow the instructions on this page: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/3g-tl-technical-service-bulletins-tsbs-3g-garage-j-016-a-613659/

Then find TSB 08-008.

Edit: additional (pre-TSB) discussion here: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...ight=seat+back

This happened to my 08 TL-S and the dealer took care of it under warranty.
