I hear a metallic rattling sound in the morning when I drive away.

I found several posts about a TSB 07-026, but I can't seem to access the TSB (I can access other TSBs). What was the fix in the TSB?

you know which heatshield? its usually rattling because its loose.

 

subscribed. i get a metallic pinging sound after about 30 min of driving and it comes from around the jpipe/3rd cat area and tried moving the intermediate shaft heat shield but nothing came from it

Honda will typically wrap a steel band around them when they service the car, I have had it done to all 3 of mine

 

Pics? But those are just the cat heat shields right?

 

^ yes my car only has one cat so I am lucky.... I hate that buzzing noise....
