How do you remove the fog light housings?

I recently tinted my fog lights yellow with the spray on tint instead of the regular ol' tint. Now I want to take it off but I dont know how to remove the entire fog light so i can clean off the tint. Can somebody help me out with some advice or by sharing a DIY thread? Thank you in advance!

Check out the 3g garage to find a DIY for removing the bumper. Once the bumper is off, removing the fog lights and lower grills is pretty much self explanitory.
