Hit a curb and now panel is out of place

Someone swerved into my lane on the highway and i hit a curb which caused a flat tire. Now there is a gap between my drivers side front panel and the door. I can almost put my finger between the gap. Everything else looks fine. How can I adjust this gab, or do I have to have a body shop actually do this?

Panel out of place

What did you end up doing to fix this? I have an almost identical issue.

it was the front fender. It had a dent on the top part of it that caused the whole fender to bow a little. It was extremely hard to see, esp with the black color. I had a lot of work done at the same time, but thats what the body shop told me.

Take it to a shop and get a free estimate. Thats what i did after I go no answers.
