Today, Ive installed an injen cold air on my 2008 type-s and I have idle problems since then. The car rev higher when in neutral (about 1100 rpm) compare to 850 rpm before. When i'm driving, if I stop the car, its as if the the gas pedal is stuck, the car rev high. I followed every steps required for the installation and I replugged every sensors. Did anyone experienced this problem or is anyone that can help my fix this problem? Thanks

 

try unpluging the battery for about 5mins and then have everything reset and that should help, this would for my other cars..............good luck, and make sure you have your codes for the navi before doing this

 

agreed, just reset and see what'll happen.

and make sure you have that radio code and navi code, its a pain in the ass to figure it out.

Question: Since you install the Injen Cai yourself, can you check to see if the filter is touching or pressing against your fog light? I installed this CAI on my 07 TypeS and there's no clearance between the filter and fog light.

 

The problem seems fixed now, thanks for the advices, but I will check out if the foglights push on the air cleaner thanks.
