High/low beams work but reg lights dont turn on

Fairly new here..i own a 05 acura tl and i recently took off the entire headlight to clean a water leaking into the headlight problem and when i put everything back all the lights worked exept the regular lights. The high beams and low beams work also the side lights when i signal a turn. I find it interesting that both of em dont turn on yet i only disconnected the driver side headlight.im aware that i most likley didnt connect everything back but what connection would it be ? The light bulbs are still good. Ive already checked the fuses and ive gotten a $130 quote just to diagnose the problem...

If your high/low beams & turn signals work what are you classifying as 'regular lights' ?

Trying Occam's Razor here... Is the parking brake on when you're checking the lights? with DRLs, at least in Canada, they won't come on with the car until the E-Brake is released...

Regular lights to me mean low beams.
Which the OP states works.

Now if he means DRL how are we supposed to know that. DRL's in the US werent installed until 07 TL's and he has an 05.
If he's in Canada, how would we know that from his first post?
