HFL Battery Drain

I went to Acura and they unplugged the whole unit for me, and I was wondering if there any possible fix for this besides buying a whole new unit?

The only fix is replacing the hand free link unit, however it's part of the over head console. You may check some junkyards for any used ones.

I had to replace my entire unit. Luckily I had an extended warranty.

There's a good thread around here for fixing the unit and if I remember right it costs just a couple bucks and some soldering time. One member has found the cause and it shows the fix which I think was a capacitor but I might be wrong. It looked pretty easy if you know how to soldier. I would search for HFL battery drain and see what you come up with. It might be in the garage also.
