Help reading timing marks

I purchased a genuine Honda kit containing timing and serpentine belts, tensioner and idler pulleys, water pump, and what I believe are cam seals (??). I found a great Youtube vid on step-by-step but the video quality isn't clear enough fo me to see the timing marks the guy points out. I feel I'm competent to do the job, but it will be my first timing belt job and I understand the risk so I need to be sure. How do I ensure piston #1 is at TDC? Any detailed photos of the markings, and instructions on how to mark my belt before removal would be great. Thanks!

Read through that and then post in that thread if you have any further questions

Is it just me, or was the side mount in the second video really not busted?
