JCL622

I've had this for a while, but I still can't figure out what it is;

when i accelerate after a certain gear, seems like Gears 2-4 i get this very odd "feeling"? where when if i let off on the gas, my speedometer doesn't fall correctly, sometimes it seems like it just gets STUCK at 60; but it's not just the reading on the speedometer, i can feel it on the car too;

i've already reset the ECU a bunch of times, changed my oil, etc etc....and i still get it, i mean it's been a few thousand miles now and no problems, but i'm jsut wondering what in the world would cause something like this? and what IS it?


if i were to try to aptly describe it; i'd say it feels like the gas coming out of the exhaust is exiting so strongly that it's as if the pipes aren't wide enough.
