Help heat problem.

Help heat problem.

I warm my car up and when i drive i feel the heat but when im waiting in traffic i feel cold air not little heat at all unless my car start to move about 10mph for the heat. Is this a problem to anyone? I drive for a good hour and still feel the cold when sitting in traffic? Any idea??? THANK

are you leaving it in auto? Temperature? Fan Speed? Etc?

i leave it on auto and it felt the same. and same for the fan speed hi n lo and still felt the same with waiting in traffic. only feel heat when car is in motion about 10+mph

The things I'd check are the coolant level first, and then the heater control Valve.
