Help Guys Need Some Advice

You guys wont believe this shit I bought an 04 TL two months ago it had 44,000 miles on it, I traded my perfectly running 2000 TL for it, one week into having the car I had to take it back to the dealership to get two rims replaced cause they were bent they put the new rims on and after that a month later my tranny starts going out. They replaced my tranny, everything was fine til about three days ago my tranny started shifting kinda hard and the green light that shows you which gear your in started flashing. I called the dealership i figure out what it was and the guy told me it was something going on with my tranny. I have an appt with them tomorrow to check it out, but at this point im really pissed that I have to go back to the dealership for the forth time in the two months I have had my car.

In all honesty I dont even want the car anymore if its giving me these kind of problems from the start, but the only bad thing is that I have put about $3,500 into the car already; remote start alarm, non navi conversion, rear wing, new brakes. I going to talk to the sales manager tomorrow to figure out something.

Now I need you guys help they have a 06 6 speed on the lot that has 46,000 and is $25,000 which was 4,000 more than my car when I bought it, should I go head and see if I can do a trade for that, or are the Manual tranny's no better than the auto. Now if I do trade I will lose out on all the upgrades I did to my 04, b/c the 06 doesn't have the Navi and not to mention the remote start is pretty bad ass to I need some helps guys

oh and forgot to mention my car currently has 46,000

I hate the shitty auto tranny that there putting in our cars, it really makes me want to leave Acura.

Did you buy the car acura certified? They should have changed the rims and done the brakes for you for free to my knowelge as part of the inspection for the certified pre-owned. As for your transmission, it sounds like the gears were slipping, and when the tech redid the transmission, he didn't fix something right and now the new one is getting messed up.
