Help with bumper scratches, any way to buff out?

I have a bunch of light scratches on my front bumper. They all seem to be in the same place. Is there anything i can use to kinda rub/buff them out?

I'm a complete newb, this is my first car and never done this sort of stuff before but that's the only scratches I have.

Also, does the dealer do this sorta stuff, buff them or have a way of taking small scrathces off the bumper without actually removing and redoing the entire bumper?

Thanks in advance

First you need to take a pic of the scratches. We dont know how deep it is. Light clear coat scratches can be buffed out with a drill-connected foam pad and some compound. Both can be had at some local auto parts store(the pad that is). Deeper clear coat scratches needs to be wet sand(2000 grit) then buffed. If your not experienced in wet sanding, please leave it to professional.

run your fingernail over the scratches, can you catch them with your fingernail? Can you see black plastic underneath the scratches? If yes to any of these two, you will need a pro to fix them as they are too deep to buff out. If you want an easy way that might benefit you in the future, go to walmart and buy a tube of scratch X be meguiars. That should help a bit.
