I have noticed a rattle coming from my headliner in my 04 TL. I put my hand up and the rattling stops, however when I stopped I noticed that the headliner had come undone from what looks like velcro that actually holds the liner to the roof. I reattached and it worked fine for a few weeks.

However now it seems the velcro glue/sticky substance has come undone and there is not way to reattach since the bottom glue came undone. Has anyone repaired their headliner themselves, if so what did you use? I could take to the dealer but I am way out of warranty and know they will take me to the cleaner's since they do for most repair items.

If anyone has an idea, my girlfriend mentioned using tape, I know that won't work but that is some of the options I have heard.

Thanks for that link. I'll try the Epoxy solution that is recommended, pretty sad that this problem came up. Acura is not the quality I thought it would be.
