Headlight Condensation - Not Funny!

Okay, so I washed my car one day and there was condensation on the inside of my headlight assembly. So I bought a brand spanking new assembly. I washed my car today. Condensation inside the new headlight assembly.

The only thing I can think that the old and new assemblies have in common that may be causing this is the seal between the ballast and the headlight assembly. I have a new gasket on order. I hope that solves the problem.

Or do any of you have any other insight?

I had similar problems with mine...It's just usually a faulty/dried up seal. I got my headlights modded and resealed, and ZERO fogging issues...
