Has Any One Made A Complaint To Acura Client? And What Was The Response?

Hey everyone, I'm starting this tread and hoping that some of you can shed some light for me. I have an new 07TL-S and I'm not very happy with Acura's service and behavier. Although my 04TL was very nice and I didn't have to deal with Acura at all. Here's what my problem is. I found out that my car was pulling to the right and therefore the steering wheel would need to be turned to the left to make the car striaght. I visited two different Acura dealers numerous times and on the fourth visit it was finally resolved. But recently I had an oil change done at Goodyear Tires and the tires were rotated. And now it's pulling to the right again. So I called the dealer that I went to last and told them about my problem and they said to me that I need to take it back to Goodyear Tires and have them fix it. Acura said because someone else touch it therefore they can't helped me. For goodness sake, all Goodyear Tires did was rotate the tires for me that shouldn't change anything.

So now I want to seek other alternatives. And my main question is, have any one made any complaints with Acura Client before? And what was result? Thanks guys for any input you may have.

What exactly is your complaint
You had them fix an alignment- very common on the 07 cars
then you let someone else touch the same area-
they are guessing its a tire problem not alignment and
that by ROTATING THEM BACK IT WILL GO AWAY
WHY SHOULD THEY DO THAT FOR FREE- IT WAS FINE WHEN YOU LEFT

Save your complaints for when the rear deck rattles all the time and the brakes suck and other things. YOU may need it.

You can also have Goodyear put it on the alignment machine and check the settings
Its either on spec or its not and the dealer should have provided a receipt with those numbers on it.
If its changed- you may have hit something and knocked it out

How many miles between fix and tire rotate are we talking about anyway?

No I haven't hit anything. I am very alert and relaxed when driving.

When the car was finally fixed it had about 4400 miles and the rotation took place at 5366 miles.

Have you talked with the service manager at the dealer about getting the tire that is causing the pull replaced?

What I really want is to have Acura fix the problem once and for all so in the future when I get a tire rotation or alignment done that this pulling situation won't occur again. I don't want to have to go to Acura for every service needs(oil chg, tire rotatn, alignmnt & etc). They charge an arm and a leg for a simple alignment if you have to pay for it.

No I haven't. But I probably need to. No matter what it takes to help me resolve this issue, I'm willing to go for it. If it means that I need to talk to a manager or talk to the manufacturer, I'll do it.

I did not mean to imply you intentionally hit something

Rather that the roads are full of potholes and the 07s seem to have an alignment issue when you scroll thru the theads

The thinking by SandynMike is along what I am trying to help you diagnose.

Is there a problem with a TIRE- internal belt failure will cause the severe reaction when moved from a straight line use to - pulling the car forward and turning

Thats rear going to front example

Swapping the tires back, or swap the fronts side to side and if the pull switches- you found the problem
With that low miles I would look in the warranty papers for the tires. If not, the general Acura warranty should cover since you made repeated GOOD FAITH efforts at dealer fixing the alignment essentially since brand new.

The last time it was in the shop- tech may have just checked numbers and swapped tires- pull gone- tech gets paid and onto the next car!
Then you put it back to the way it was

Sounds to me that it could be a tire pull issue.

All the problems i read on the forum are true to my tl. i have a 04 tl and i do experience the rattleing coming from the rear and the windows. i brought the car back and they dont seem to notice anything. I am about to bring it back again and am possibly thinking about printing these problems out ive seen on the forum and bringing it to the attention that there are some serious bulshits going on with the car.
