Handbrake loose

need help i had my brakes and rotors changed and since that day even though i pull the hand brake up all the way the car seems to start sliding when in neutral.....any suggestions? thanks

I'm pretty sure the parking brake cable needs to be tightened and adjusted. I'm not sure on how to do this though.

open center console, remove rubber pad on bottom, open cap, take 12mm deep socket and tighten ebrake cable nut. 3 min later, done.

First make certain the brake shoes are adjusted properly.
