Happened to me a few months ago - it just came on while I was driving on the highway.
It took almost a week for mine to go out. Just about when I was ready to make an appointment at the dealer, it went out and hasn't been back on since.
I'd let it go for a few days before you do anything about it.

Had this problem with my '07 TL-S. Asked the dealer and they said this has been happening quite a bit on the '04 to '08 TL's (at least in MInnesota where I live). It seems to be moisture in the air that reacts with the gas cap sensor. It goes away when the moisture lessens in the air. I have had this happen to me at least 20 times, with it happening to me this Wednesday.

I bought mine with this problem. Took it to the dealer and took them about 3 tries but they finally got it. This is a very common problem for our 3G TL's per the Acura Tech here and there is a TSB on it.
Take it to the dealer and let them know there is a TSB on it. It was the pcv check valve I believe from what they said.
