freakin driver window rattle sound is driving me crazy!!
hi guys!
i just bought an acura tl 2006 with 83 000km on it. i just have the car less then 2week and i'm already having rattling issues that is driving me crazyyy!! I've had the sub rattle that the acura dealer have fixed but now i'm recently having an rattle coming from the driver side window when i taking a bump or an pothole. since i'm leaving in Quebec, Canada, our there is a lot of them in our street! what is the best thing to do to fix that freaking rattling sound!! help!!!!!!!!!!!

i went to the dealer and they want to charge me 59$ just to check what is the problem!! i have an extended warranty. shouldnt it be covered by it?! Is there a diy on how to remove that freaking noise!

The rattle I chased down in my DR window was actually rubber being compressed by the glass and clicking.
Roll your window down a 1/2 then roll it up nd watch the top of the door frame.. the window will push it out when it reaches the top .. thus the noise.
To see if that was it jusr roll the window down ever so slight .. just enough to get rid of the distortion but not enough for wind noise. The drive it and listen.
I then coated all the rubber and the top of the window with the GM Silicone emulsion and it took care of it.
