Followed specifications in the manual and purchased type HB4 fog lamps for my 07 TL-S. I didn't even compare the physical bulbs but upon attempting to replace the new lamps wouldn't fit. Upon closer examination the old fogs were Type H8's. HB4's Very close but not compatible... go figure!
I searched the forum's but didnt find any mention. Anyone ever heard of this before? You might want to check your bulbs before replacing!

h8 is the correct size.....there is a thread on every bulb size for the 07-08 tl-s.....i installed ddm tuning h8 hids in my fogs...they look really good...if your going with hids make sure you also buy a relay harness to prevent flickering upon startup

If so it would make sense that the manual is consistently wrong. Apparently the S just has diff bulbs. Ill be checking them before I buy replacements......
