Anthracite 04... Paint on the front of Hood & Fenders.. is cracking from the inside out. Dealer got authourization to repaint from corporate. But as always they are trying to low ba$ll my body shop.
Anyone have similar issues?

I have an 05 NBP with spots that have white cracks but the surface is smooth.

I had the dealer and regional managers look at it but they said it's due to "environment issues" like acid raid or bird poop. Makes no sense because it's clearly cracking from under the paint.

I went to their bodyshop, but am not going to have them do it

Im still going through my own bodyshop, but they said they were not going to give me a loaner car while my car is being painted

Luckily I have a 2nd car I can drive

I'm going thru this right now, actually glad to hear I'm not the only one, makes me hope that they might fix it. I have an 04 Anthrechite TL with 87K and believed to be all original paint with no body work ever done. Started noticing small cracks in the paint early last spring and it's been spreading all over the front end of the car. Now it's the entire hood and the front half of the fenders. Took it to the acura dealer a few weeks ago and we're just waiting fro a call back from the "regional Acura warranty rep". I donlt care who paints it, I trust thier body shop as they have a great reputation. I just want it fixed, it looks horrible and has completley devalued the car.
