Do I have the correct screw for this clip?

Those are not the original clips, OEM is not the screw type, just the push-in type. In OEM form that cover fastens with clips unique to that part. Other clips might work ok though. I recall the OEM clips have a longer odd shaped button head that snap pretty tight when secured.

I'd like to locate the right one and get the shop to buy them so I can put this back on.
This irks me, it scares me what else they didn't put back o my car...

If another clip works ok and fastens the cover, they will probably fuss at having to buy another clip. I agree with you though, I would be pissed and suspecting other overlooked finish work.
