Nice DIY!
I saw another DIY where the dude separated the line at the flex-line junction under the intake rather than at the CMC. He snaked the whole assembly out with the line connected to the CMC. Do you think that would have worked more easily?
I'm about to replace mine with the updated part that doesn't squeak/groan. Did you see where it was losing pressure/leaking? Any fluid leak into the cabin?

FYI - I didn't have any fluid leakage in the cabin and wasn't loosing fluid. I think the CMC piston 'O' ring just deteriorated. When the car was cold, I had to start the car in gear and shift w/o clutch until warm. Once warm the clutch would work, but was limp. Like new now.
Good luck!

Took about 3 hours total. I don't have the clutch bleed thread, but I think if you search 'clutch slave' you'll find it. There is a bleed nipple on the clutch slave (just behind the radiator hose on the transmission). I just opened the screw and put a vacuum on the nipple to remove the old fluid and any bubbles in the system).
