Cylinder Misfires After Valve Gasket and Spark Plug Change

2005 TL - Replaced front and rear valve cover gaskets and went head and put in new spark plugs while at it. Once I had everything back together and started her up, I'm getting rough idle and cylinder misfire codes - the general code as well as specific to cylinder 2 and 3.

I tried testing the coils by disconnecting each one while idling. 1& 4-6 all made it idle rougher, indicating those are fine. Disconnecting 2 and 3 made no change, indicating the coils could be bad. However, I swapped out coils 4 and 2 still got the same code/result disconnecting - misfire on 2-3. Could it be the wiring to the coils that's the issue?

Get yourself a spark tester and confirm. 🤷‍♂️

Had a buddy come over and we tested coils and spark plugs. Then figured out I had forgotten to plug the fuel injector connectors back in before putting the manifold back on....
