CV axle

Ok so i have had this clicking in the front passenger of my car for like 3 months now and i thought it was just the rims rubbing but yesterday i put my stock wheel back on and it still made the clicking noise so i looked and seen grease on the cv boot so im assuming the clicking is coming from there so heres my question i have been looking online for one so i can replace it and all i can find are ones that say there for the automatic can i use those ones or not and if not were can i get one for my car which is the 6 speed

You didn't say what year your car is, but I'm assuming it's a 2004 or 2005. I just looked at Autozone and they show remanufactured driveshafts for both automatic and manual transmissions. Or you can get an OEM one from www.acuraoemparts.com.

Then you're not picking the right "Door/Version" option. You need the SPORT+SUMMER TIRES option so that you can choose the KA6MT engine ("6MT meaning 6-speed manual) instead of the KA5AT engine (5-speed auto)

The "Spindle Nut" should be torqued to 181 lbf-ft
The nut on the ball joint 58-65 lbf-ft
The screw that squeeze the "damper fork" to the shock 32 lbf-ft and the bottom end of the fork 47 lbf-ft
Hope that helps

Buy a manual

Helm, Inc. (helminc.com) is the authorized supplier of Acura manuals of all sorts. A service manual for an '05 will cost you about $60, or they have an online service. There's also a supplement, and other service information as well. Anybody who's interested in doing his own work should have a service manual at least.
