Cracked Resevoir Cap

So I was changing my oil out yesterday and saw my resevoir plastic cap was cracked all the way around. will this cause any issues? and where can I get a replacement ..no local store has one ..

Mine is cracked as well but nothing leaks out so I left it...

BUMP!

Second cracked resevoir cap.. Anyone know what causes this.. I just bought another replacement, but it makes a mess in the bay..
