Can I use a 08 base model tranny in my 08 type s well it wire up right or is the connector different

Yes.

So the tranny r interchangeable just trying to make sure before I buy one the base model and the type s model have the same automatic tranny and connetors and mounts
correct ?

Let's put it this way-
'08 Base/'08 Type S:
Trans case the same
TQ case same
Valve body the same
Diff assembly the same
Interchange indicates the 3.2 base and 3.5 the same
