So my Coolant Reservoir Cap has a leak, and by leak, I mean it's completely broken. Which is where I think all my coolant is going.

The problem is I can not find a replacement cap anywhere, and most of the sites I find with it I feel rather unsafe buying there. I was wondering if the Reservoir Cap from the 1999 3.2 engines is compatible with the 3.2 engines in a 2004. I do know that the Coolant Reservoir is not part of the engine, I just figured it may have been another carried over part.

Tomorrow I am going to head to a junkyard with a 1999 TL. Just wanted to make sure so I can grab it while I am there.

 

I noticed mine was cracked a couple of months ago. I bought a replacement at the Honda dealer for under $2.
