Misfire on #5. If the MIL did not stay on or does not come back on, I wouldn't worry about it. (although checking the spark plug to make sure it's not loose might not be a bad idea, given all the horror stories lately).

Yeah it was weird. It came on after I put the car in neutral from a stop. I was pulling in my driveway and before I turned the car off I saw suddenly the check engine light blinking then I saw that code. Two days or so it went back off though, hasn't been on since. I plan to replace ALL spark plugs in the coming week(s). Thank you all for the responses! -Ryan.
