Click when starting

For about a week my car will make that clicking sound like the battery is dead when turning the key, however, as soon as I turn the key completely it has no trouble starting. But if I held it half way in that position it would make that clicking sound until I turned it completely.
Battery issue? I just replaced the battery 2 months ago. Could it be something else?

What do you mean "turn completly?" If you're talking about a slight buzz when its between on and start that is normal. But if you are turning the key to start and it just clicks once then its most likely a starter, Especially since you just had your battery replaced

If on is the position the key is in after you start the car and start is the position you turn it to to start the car and than it kicks back to ON than it is between on and start.
