Cleaning takeda CAI?

Just wondering if anybody had opinion how to clean the pro dry filter on Takeda CAI. It states I just have to vacuum it. My question is what is the easiest way to get to it? do I have to take off the front bumper? Can I get to it if I just jack up the car? thanks for your help

You should be able to see and get to it from the driver side fender wall...
