Hey guys, whats the fix on getting rid of the check engine light that's now on all the time because of the install of the pre-cat deletes I made? I heard that you are supposed to trick the O2 sensor but do I need to buy a part for it or is there an alternative route to fixing it? Thanks for your help guys.

 

did u get the part new or used??? if its new richie shoulda provided the parts and they should only go to the lower sensors. used id call richie n ask him what to do.

 

I had the same problem when I first installed my RV6 PCDs (v1) and contacted Richie. He went out of his way and sent me over a pair of custom defoulers which spaced out the secondary O2 sensors to try and make the computer happy. The defoulers are are "L" shaped and corrected the problem.

P.S. make sure you didn't damage the O2 sensors as well, which could be throwing the CEL as well.
