Check Engine Light

'06 TL. I started the car and had it running for about 5 minutes before driving off. When I did drive off, I got on the gas pretty good and into VTEC mode with a quick sprint up to 80 for about a half mile. My Check Engine light started to flash, not like any code, just flashed until I turned the car off. Total drive was about a minute. I re-started the car about 5 minuntes later and not flash. Any ideas? I'm running 93 Octane. I've never seen this before.

You probably just need to have the ECM software updated. Go to this link, follow the instructions EXACTLY and then click on the link for TSB 06-023:

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/3g-tl-technical-service-bulletins-tsbs-3g-garage-j-016-a-613659/

You can go to any auto parts store and get the code read for free. It could be something else, but if the code is P0116, get the ECM software reflashed.
