Car makes whiney noise or stuggling sound?
I have a 2004 Acura TL with 64k miles. Now when I turn the steering wheel, sometimes I get either a loud noise (which sounds like a loud creak) or I can feel the feedback from the steering wheel. I'm thinking this noise has something to do with the power steering but I wanted to know what you guys think before I do anything. i'm kinda new to car maintenance.

Yeah, make sure the PS recall has been done. If so, it might be the o-ring on the PS pump (something like that). After the PS hose work a some people had noise from the steering.
