Car lurches forward when coming to a stop

Just had a drive and my car would lurch forward right before I come to a complete stop.

It would lurch/jerk forward, then my car would vibrate more than usual, and then idles normally when I'm stopped.

Taking off, it felt like my car bogged like crazy. The throttle is responsive, it just feels really bogged down as if my car weighs a lot more or if I'm taking off in second gear or if my brakes are all slightly applied or something.

After that drive, I went on another one 15 minutes later and don't experience it anymore. It still feels like my car weighs a lot more, but that might just all be in my head, but the lurching or jerking forward doesn't happen when coming to a stop.

Any suggestions?

Clean throttle body and IACV? I'm really not sure either.. I hear similar issues in older Accords and those were suggested.
