get a new battery.

You likely have a parasitic draw from the Handsfreelink, if you do a search here, you'll see it is a HIGHLY common issue..

And what happens if that doesn’t work
what’s the next step

I also noticed that the break pedal is locked and I can’t change to Neutral

I took the battery to autozone and it said it was fully charge

does that even matter or is that battery just doesn't work no more

... wait you said "dead no power at all"

then you say you turned the key and the dash lights come on.. Are you saying you don't have power or are you sayin you can't start your car?

Better information = better answers

Could be your starter as well if it's just a starting issue.

You do realize these two statements are complete opposites right? If it is fully dead, then nothing works. If the lights come on, the battery isn't fully dead.

I believe you meant to state:

"Help, my car isn't starting. The lights and stuff still come on, but when I turn the key, there is a click but not much else. The engine never spins or starts."

If that is the proper translation, this is less likely a battery issue and more than likely a starter issue or maybe ignition switch issue.

One of my buddies has starter problems from time to time and he gets it to work by smacking it with a tire iron. If the tire iron doesn't work, then he uses a hammer. It's definitely not a fix, but if you ABSOLUTELY need your car to run some errands (or get yourself a new starter which I highly recommend), it might work.

Also, if it suddenly got colder where you are then that might what caused your issue. Your starter still needs to be replaced because a good starter shouldn't have problems in colder weather. If the weather gets a little warmer, try giving it a start.

Like I said, those might be some temporary options until you can get yourself a new starter. Good luck!

That is a good tip. I have used a prybar and hammer or screw driver and hammer to get starters to fire up one last time and get a car home or in the shop.

Same. Key phrase is "one last time" 'cuz sooner or later it will stop being a fix and it will happen during an emergency.
I like my cars to start when I turn the key.

what you can do to get your car going is locate the starter and smack it hard. It'll temporarily unstuck the starter...

You could locate and replace it and put the hammer back in the toolbox.

So you've confirmed the battery is good. The next thing you need to check is the connections to the battery. Make sure they are tightened and the wire connections are tight as well A common issue i see on many tls that emulate a starter issue is a corroded positive cable. If corrosion is present the unwanted resistance in the circuit wont supply enough amperage to turn the starter over. Sometimes you can get lucky and just clean the posts and terminal, others you have to replace the cable.

Hope this helps!

If the fuses keep blowing, you have other issues you need to sort out before you keep chasing the no start condition. What fuses are blowing? Have you had any work or other changes done to the car recently?

Had that exact same problem 2 years ago. Turned the + battery cable needed to be replaced.
At this age it might be corroded internally where you can't see it.
