Can't figure out cylinder 5 misfire
Car is a 2005 5AT TL
Starts rough sometimes, sometimes not. Is certainly misfiring. Pulled a code for misfire cylinder 5, so decided to change plugs in all cylinders.
Pulled out a Denso skj20dr-m11 in all 5 cylinders BUT cylinder 5, which had a Denso PK20TT plug. Plug looked almost new, if not brand new.
Replaced all cylinders with a NGK (6441) ZFR6FIX Iridium IX plugs.
Cylinder 5 misfire still there.
Replaced coilpack in cylinder 5, and again the code came back and there are still signs of a misfire.
Any suggestions from here?

Well, the code cleared itself but it still has trouble starting every once in a while and a perceived loss of power.
I've had the car since December and this problem just came up about 15 days ago.
How can I tell if I need a valve adjustment? I have to remove the head for that don't I?

No, just the intake manifold and valve covers. Eric The Car Guy has a good video on a J32 valve adjustment. Google it.
